Mr. Bilal Omar Bawany

(Chief Executive)

Mr. Bilal Omar Bawany is an experienced professional with a rich background having held key positions
in companies across Abu Dhabi,Scotland, and Pakistan, notably Baker Hughes and Avanceon. He is on the Board of
Directors of B.F Modaraba since March 2025. Currently, he is the Chief Executive of B.F Modaraba managed by E.A
Management (Pvt.) Limited. He also Joining Faran Sugar Mills in 2010 and as a Board of Directors member since 2015,
he has been instrumental in elevating the technical aspects of the sugar mills, driving efficiency, optimization,
and expansion. As a Board of Directors member since 2015, he plays a pivotal role in steering the strategic
direction of the company. Additionally, his active involvement with Uni Energy, a Wind Power Generation Joint
Venture, showcases his commitment to sustainable energy. Mr. Bilal holds a distinguished educational background,
completing his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering with honors from the American University of Sharjah, followed by
an MBA from IBA. Mr. Bawany has completed 02 Years of Alim Course from Wifaq ul Madaris Al Arabia, Pakistan, which
extensively covers Islamic finance and its principles.

Mr. Ahmed Ali Mohammad Amin Bawany

Mr.Ahmed Ali Mohammad Amin Bawany is on the Board of Directors of B.F Modaraba managed by E.A
Management (Pvt.) Limited since 2001. He got his schooling from CAS, Karachi. For pursing further education, he went
to USA and got degree in business entrepreneurship from University of Southern California. Currently, He is the
Chairman of B.F Modoraba. He is proficient in stock market dealing, fund management and trading activities. Beside
B.F Modoraba, he is the Chief Executive of Faran Sugar Mills Limited and Faran Power Ltd. He has also served as
Chairman of Pakistan Sugar Mills Association-Sindh Zone in the year 2014. He is actively involved in Unicol Ltd in
the capacity of director, which is a JV company engaged in the production and marketing of Ethanol and food grade
CO2. He is also on Board of Reliance Insurance Company Limited, Uni Energy and the Chairman of Uni-Food Industries
Ltd.

Mr. Muhammad Omar Amin Bawany

Mr.Muhammad Omar Amin Bawany acquired his education from Karachi American School and then went to
American college of Switzerland and obtained an Associate Degree in Business Administration. Under his wise
management, Annoor Textile mills operated successfully. He is on the Board of Directors of B.F Modaraba since 1989.
Currently, he is the Director of B.F Modaraba managed by E.A Management (Pvt.) Limited, having more than two decades
of experience of Textile, sugar, Insurance and stock management. He is also Chairman of Faran Sugar Mills Ltd., and
on the Board of Reliance Insurance Company limited, Unicol Limited and Uni-Food Industries Ltd.

Miss. Tasneem Yusuf

(Independent Director)

Miss. Tasneem Yusuf is a chartered accountant from ICAP, a fellow member of ACCA and a CPA.
After working for Unilever Pakistan, she moved to Dubai where she worked for both Deloitte and Nasdaq Dubai. Since
moving back in 2009, she has been associated with her family practice where she now heads the audit and assurance
services department. Tasneem sits on the boards of Ismail Industries Limited, Reliance Insurance Company Limited
and the Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Private) Limited. She is also a member of the senate of the Pakistan
Institute of Fashion & Design and chairs its Finance & Planning Committee. Tasneem has served ICAP as a member of
its Auditing Standards & Ethics Committee since September 2014 and the CA Women’s Committee from 2017 to 2020.
Besides, working with the young minds who train with her, she is an avid traveler and an adrenaline junkie who
enjoys challenging stereotypes. Amongst her achievements from outside her professional life are climbing the highest
mountain of Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro, jumping from the highest commercial bungee jump in the world, the Macau
Towers, and taking a plunge in the cold waters of Antarctica.

Mr. Muhammad Samiullah

(Independent Director)

Mr. Muhammad Samiullah holds a Master degree in Economics, LL.B, DAIBP, PGD in Islamic Finance &
Banking from Jamia Darul Uloom, He is Certified Director under Listed Companies (Code of Corporate Governance)
Regulations, 2019 of SECP by successfully completing 40 CPD hours in 37th Directors’ Training Program held in July,
2020 conducted by ICMAP. He is also a Certified Shariah Auditor from IBA-CEIF qualified in January, 2021. He has a
vast experience of banking and financial sector. He was associated with the NBFI & Modaraba Association for the last
20 years. Prior to joining the Association, he was Company Secretary, First Habib Bank Modaraba and also officiated
as Chief Executive Officer for quite some time.He has delivered lectures on the topics “Modaraba Sector – Challenges
and Opportunities”, “Modaraba in Pakistan” and “Modaraba – an Introduction” from the platform of IBA-CEIF,
IMSciences, Peshawar and Central Depository Company. He has attended a number of workshops/seminars and also
organized workshops/seminars on different topics from the platform of the NBFI & Modaraba Association of Pakistan.
He was appointed as Chairman, FPCCI Standing Committee on NBFI & Modaraba for the year 2016. He was an active member
of FPCCI Standing Committee for Islamic Banking & Takaful and FPCCI Standing Committee on NBFI & Modaraba. He is
also a Member of Arbitration Panel of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) since last 5 years.

Mr. Muhammad Altamash Ahmed Bawany

Mr. Muhammad Altamash Ahmed Bawany joined the Board of Director in 2016 post his completion of B.S.
in Mechanical Engineering from the American University in Dubai and Georgia Institute of Technology in the United
States. He was a founding member of InstaShop, the largest hyper-local e-marketplace in the MENA region; InstaShop
was acquired by Delivery Hero SE in 2020, marking the transaction as the 3rd highest tech exit in GCC history.
Altamash has also gained extensive knowledge in mechanical and industrial applications during his tenure in the
Ministry of Deference Production and leading the establishment of household electronics manufacturing for ILT in
Vietnam as their Managing Director.

Mr. Sheryar Bawany

(Director)

Mr. Sheryar Bawany is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience spanning investment
banking, corporate finance, and entrepreneurship. He holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering Management Systems/Economics
and a Master’s in Finance (High Honors) from Columbia University. Over nearly two decades, he has held key roles at
global and regional firms such as HBL, where he advanced to Deputy General Manager of Equity Capital Markets, before
co-founding Trukkr Pvt Ltd, a tech-based logistics platform. Currently, he is the CEO of Trukkr Financial Services
Ltd, bringing strategic leadership to the non-banking financial sector in Pakistan. Mr. Bawany also contributes as a
director and trustee across various organizations.
